Bangalore Realtors was founded in 2010 by Suresh Rajan, a civil engineer who grew frustrated with the lack of honest, informed guidance in the real estate market. After personally experiencing how difficult it was to buy a home without biased advice, he set out to build a firm that prioritised the buyer's interest above all.
Starting with just two desks in Koramangala, we grew by earning referrals — one happy client at a time. Today, our team of 25 specialists covers every major locality in Bangalore, from the tech corridors of Whitefield and Electronic City to the lakeside developments of Hebbal and Devanahalli.
We have partnered with over 30 reputed developers and assisted in more than 1,200 property transactions. But our proudest achievement is not the numbers — it is the families who still call us first whenever they need real estate advice.
